What will I learn on this course?
Learners will: 1. Learn the basics of threading and using a sewing machine 2. Complete at least one simple project learning tricks of the trade to achieve a more professional finish 3. Learning at least one new technique along the way i.e. double hemming, double stitching, top stitching or fabric markings

Is this course suitable for me?
Suitable for complete beginners or those who have rusty skills and need a refresher course

Is there anything I need to know about the course?
Learners do not need to bring anything on this day (except their lunch). If you already have some sewing tools, please bring them with you to use on the day.

This is one session course- please attend for the duration of the lesson. If you enrol and then cannot attend please inform us as soon as possible so that your place can be given to someone else

Learners are encouraged to research proposed design ideas on computer ready to discuss in class.
