Description
For total beginners or those wishing to feel a little more confident about their sewing machine skills.
During this relaxing day we will complete at least one sewing project for you to take home (e.g. a bar-apron with top-stitched front pocket), all the while improving your basic sewing machine skills. The aim is for you to become more confident with the use of the sewing machine. There will be the chance to learn about using a paper pattern, what some of those pattern-markings mean, and also about laying out fabrics and correct cutting techniques.
Join us in our fabulous, fully equipped sewing studio for this friendly, relaxed class where we will cover various functions of the sewing machine and learn some techniques along the way for a faster, more professional finish.
All materials are provided and you can proudly take home your project at the end of the day. Suitable for all.
Just turn up, make friends and have a lovely day!
