COURSE DESCRIPTION
This creative provision is being marketed as RICA (Rochester Institute of Creative Arts).
Join us at the historic Rochester Centre for a one-day class where you'll learn essential skills in pen and ink art. Under the guidance of our expert tutor, you'll explore various strokes and techniques to control line weight and create diverse textures, including intricate detail for the fur of the hare. By the end of the class, you'll have a finished artwork to take home, with all materials included in the course fee.
If you are interested in developing your creative skills, book onto one of our courses from the Creative Arts offer.
WHAT WILL I LEARN ON THIS COURSE?
Learners will:
1. Learn basic Line and Shape Mastery – demonstrate skills in at least 1 piece.
2. Show an understanding of form and proportion in at least 1 image.
3. Experiment with ink as a medium, exploring techniques that mimic the fluidity and blending properties – in at least 1 piece
